Fulcrum secures ISO 45001 accreditation, reinforcing its commitment to health and safety

Fulcrum, the leading independent multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, has strengthened its commitment to health and safety after achieving the prestigious ISO 45001:2018 certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management.

The accreditation, awarded by NQA, has been secured for Fulcrum Group’s multi-utility operations division, Fulcrum, which designs and delivers essential multi-utility infrastructure projects across the UK.

The rigorous assessment process recognised Fulcrum’s robust safety management system, which is designed to protect employees, customers, and the public.

As part of its continuous improvement strategy, Fulcrum Group will now implement this accredited management system across its other divisions. This initiative reflects the Group’s commitment to embedding a unified safety culture across all areas of its business.

Safety is a core value at Fulcrum Group, with the leadership team playing a proactive role in championing best practices. As part of the company-wide commitment, senior leaders have also undertaken IOSH Safety for Executives and Directors training, ensuring that health and safety remains a strategic priority at every level of the organisation.

This latest accreditation follows a series of quality standards secured by Fulcrum, including ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 27001:2022 for Information Security Management. The Group continues to drive best practices across all aspects of its operations, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted and responsible infrastructure provider.

Achieving ISO 45001 is an important milestone that cements our unwavering commitment to health and safety. At Fulcrum, safety isn’t just a compliance requirement, it’s deeply embedded in our culture.  This accreditation is a testament to the dedication of our teams, from leadership to frontline colleagues, in creating a workplace that prioritises the wellbeing of everyone involved in our projects.
