Fulcrum were appointed to deliver new gas infrastructure for a recently constructed warehouse, designed to operate as a specialist waste-to-energy plant, processing medical waste.
The gas supply would play a critical role in fuelling a large-scale incinerator, making reliability, safety, and programme delivery essential from the outset. Fulcrum worked closely with the client and multiple key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery within a complex operational environment.

From start to finish, this project was a great example of what can be achieved when every part of the team pulls together. Despite the challenges we faced, working on a busy industrial estate, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and navigating challenging engineering conditions, the team delivered to an exceptional standard.
The collaboration between our team and the client was equally impressive, with clear communication throughout.
Hitting the programme was critical for the client and we were delighted to be able to exceed this with an ahead of schedule delivery.
