Fulcrum used its expertise and group capabilities to design and install 12.8km of gas infrastructure, 2.5km of water infrastructure and 6.5km of electric infrastructure, providing a complete multi-utility solution, delivering cost and time efficiencies for the customer.

The project was delivered on time and on budget despite the challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, Fulcrum’s dedicated project team used their specialist expertise to achieve significant time savings in delivering and completing connections, enabling the wider project to remain on schedule.

Assembling an experienced and collaborative supply chain is an essential part of the delivery of this ambitious project. Fulcrum’s ability to be flexible and meet deadlines with the successful completion of the greenhouse’s utility requirements ensured the development stayed on track and enabled our other contractors to also maintain the project’s timeline.
