Lee’s promotion marks a significant milestone in his extensive career in multi-utilities, which he began at May Gurney in 2007 as a Trainee Site Manager following the completion of his engineering qualifications and training.
During the early part of his career, Lee developed a broad skillset, operating on a wide variety of multi-utility projects. Having worked across the UK, Lee returned home to the North West in 2018, where he joined Fulcrum as a Project Engineer, overseeing the successful delivery of multi-utility projects across the region.
Demonstrating his exceptional leadership and project management skills, he was promoted to Operations Manager, and has now been appointed Head of Operations, leading the delivery of multi-utility projects, nationally.
In his new role, where he will lead a team of more than 100 utility experts, Lee will also oversee the planning, design, and coordination of multi-utility projects, which range from Industrial & Commercial developments to residential schemes of all sizes.
Lee’s promotion is the latest appointment in Fulcrum’s strong internal succession strategy, by building on its experienced management team through providing development opportunities for its existing workforce.
I am excited to now lead our talented operational team and drive Fulcrum’s ongoing growth in the multi-utility sector.
This new position will allow me to further demonstrate my commitment to ensuring operational excellence across our projects, which is a fundamental part of the high levels of service we provide to our customers.
Lee’s rapid progression at Fulcrum is testament to his exceptional skills, experience, talent, and expertise in multi-utilities and project management. We are delighted to appoint Lee as our Head of Operations, his leadership and dedication have been instrumental in the successful delivery of our projects, and we are confident that he will continue to excel in his new role.
